Last Updated Date: 2026‑08‑05
Effective Date: 2026‑08‑05
This Shipping Information sets forth the policies for shipment, transportation and delivery by Henan Xingduo Cross‑Border E‑Commerce Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”) via https://www.ceptorashop.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “this Platform”). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Shipping Information. Specific orders shall be subject to the terms set forth in order confirmation, proforma invoice or shipping notice.
1. Shipping Scope
1.1 This Platform supports shipment to most countries and regions. Delivery may be unavailable or subject to further assessment for regions restricted by export controls, sanction lists, logistics accessibility or local laws and regulations.
1.2 Please confirm the receiving country/region, postal code, detailed address and contact information are accurate before placing an order. Any delay, return shipment or extra charges caused by incorrect address shall be borne by the buyer.
1.3 Additional freight may apply to certain remote areas, islands or special ports. We will notify you separately prior to order confirmation.
2. Incoterms
2.1 For international orders, the allocation of transportation and risk shall be governed by Incoterms® specified in order confirmation or invoice. Common options are as follows:
表格
| Term | Brief Description |
|---|---|
| EXW | Ex‑Works. The buyer is responsible for pick‑up and all subsequent transportation, customs clearance and insurance. |
| FOB | Free On Board. We are responsible for matters prior to loading goods onto the vessel at the port of shipment. |
| CIF | Cost, Insurance and Freight. We arrange main carriage and insurance to the port of destination (as agreed). |
| DDP | Delivered Duty Paid. We bear primary responsibilities for delivery to the designated place with duties and taxes paid (if agreed). |
2.2 For standard retail orders without special Incoterms agreement, delivery methods displayed on platform checkout page shall prevail. Risk of goods loss or damage generally transfers upon hand‑over to carrier or upon receipt in accordance with applicable rules.
2.3 For customized, OEM/ODM or bulk B2B orders, Incoterms, ports and partial shipment arrangements shall be subject to written agreement between both parties.
3. Delivery Methods
Subject to destination, volume‑weight and lead‑time requirements, we may adopt one or more of the following methods:
- International Express: e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, suitable for samples and small parcels, fast transit with full tracking available.
- International Post / Special Line Logistics: suitable for light‑weight small parcels with relatively low cost; transit time varies by route.
- Air Freight: suitable for medium‑to‑large‑volume goods with time‑sensitive requirements.
- Sea Freight (FCL / LCL): suitable for bulk goods with low cost but longer transit time.
- Overland / Railway Transportation: applicable to specific routes and destinations.
The final carrier shall be subject to order confirmation and shipping notice. We reserve the right to replace carriers of equivalent service level without materially affecting promised transit time.
4. Processing & Transit Time
4.1 Order Processing Time
- In‑stock standard products: normally processed and shipped within 1‑3 working days upon payment confirmation.
- Products requiring quality inspection, relabeling or order consolidation: additional 1‑2 working days may be required.
- Customized / OEM/ODM / made‑to‑order products: subject to production lead‑time agreed in order; shipment will be arranged after production completion.
4.2 Transit Time (estimated from actual shipment date, excluding customs clearance)
表格
| Delivery Method | Estimated Transit Time |
|---|---|
| International Express | Approx. 3‑10 working days |
| International Special Line / Post | Approx. 7‑20 working days |
| Air Freight | Approx. 5‑15 working days (including pick‑up arrangement) |
| Sea Freight | Approx. 20‑45 calendar days (subject to shipping route) |
4.3 The above‑mentioned timeframes are estimates only and shall not constitute a guarantee. Delays may be caused by holidays, peak seasons, weather, port congestion, customs inspection, strikes, force majeure and other factors.
4.4 Working days refer to statutory working days in Chinese mainland, excluding weekends and Chinese statutory public holidays.
5. Freight & Charging Rules
5.1 Freight shall be calculated based on the greater value between actual weight and volumetric weight, and affected by destination zone, fuel surcharge, remote area surcharge and other factors.
5.2 Freight displayed on checkout page is estimated or rule‑calculated. For bulk, irregular‑shaped, dangerous goods or specially‑packaged goods, final freight shall be subject to written confirmation.
5.3 Unless “freight included / DDP” or similar terms are explicitly stated in quotation or order, freight and insurance premium shall be charged separately.
5.4 Extra expenses arising from buyer‑requested expedited service, address amendment, parcel split or re‑shipment shall be borne by the buyer.
6. Order Shipment & Logistics Tracking
6.1 After shipment, we will provide tracking number and carrier information (where applicable) via email, platform message or other agreed channels.
6.2 You may check logistics status through carrier official website or platform order page. Status update for international shipments may be delayed.
6.3 For certain sea / air bulk cargo, updates are based on bill of lading, manifest or forwarder nodes; consumer‑style full‑parcel tracking may not be available.
6.4 If there is no tracking update for a long period, please contact us for assistance: [email protected].
7. Packaging & Shipping Documents
7.1 We pack goods per general export standards to reduce risk of transportation damage. If you have special requirements for packaging, shipping mark or fumigation, please submit written request before order placement; relevant expenses will be charged separately.
7.2 Shipping documents may include commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / waybill and other documents required by destination country (as agreed).
7.3 If buyer requires certificate of origin, commodity inspection, certification or other special documents, please inform us in advance; fees and handling time shall be assessed separately.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
8.1 Cross‑border delivery may incur import duties, VAT / GST, customs clearance fees, inspection fees and other charges in destination country.
8.2 Unless the order is explicitly DDP or quotation includes taxes and duties, aforesaid charges shall generally be borne by consignee / buyer and collected by local customs or customs broker from consignee.
8.3 It is your responsibility to understand and comply with import regulations of destination country. Costs and losses arising from cargo detention, return or destruction due to prohibited/restricted import, incomplete documents or consignee’s refusal to pay taxes shall be borne by the buyer.
8.4 Commercial invoice shall truthfully declare actual transaction value of the order. We will not falsify declared value upon request.
9. Receipt, Acceptance & Disposal of Abnormalities
9.1 Please inspect outer‑package condition upon receipt. In case of obvious damage, shortage or parcel anomaly, please take photos on‑site, make remarks on carrier’s receipt document, and contact us within 7 calendar days.
9.2 In case of unsuccessful delivery due to no‑one available for receipt, incomplete address, refusal of acceptance or non‑payment of destination‑country taxes, goods may be returned, stored or discarded. Related storage fees, return freight and re‑delivery charges shall be borne by the buyer.
9.3 For loss or severe damage caused by carrier, we will assist you in filing claim against carrier; claim settlement shall be subject to carrier’s policy and insurance agreement.
9.4 For after‑sales issues such as product quality disputes, wrong‑shipment or short‑shipment, please also refer to acceptance and return rules in Platform Terms of Service.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Shipment may be unavailable or subject to adjustment under the following circumstances:
- Receiving address located in sanctioned or embargoed regions
- Goods are restricted categories such as dangerous goods, batteries, liquids, powders, food rejected by carriers
- Incomplete or invalid receiving information

We shall not be liable for breach of contract for delay or non‑delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, epidemic, government regulation, sanctions, port congestion, air / shipping capacity shortage, customs policy change and strikes. We will assist in making alternative arrangements within reasonable scope.
